Multi-Purpose Room~

Our Clubhouse has a beautiful multi-purpose room which consists of  a 1,000 square foot room.  With its vaulted ceiling, large windows and elegant furnishings this room is perfect for any occasion.  The multi-purpose room can hold up to 60 people inside but it is adjacent to our large outdoor courtyard which can hold another 40 people. This facility is a must see before your next engagement.

We host a wide variety of groups such as weddings, parties, receptions, graduations and meetings.  You can choose just how formal or informal you would like your party to be since you can select from our catered menu, hire a dj, and decorate suitable for your function.  Alcohol may be served to your guests but no cash bars.

Enclosed are sample menus offering everything from deli sandwiches to lobster tail.  Although you are not obligated to use our caterer when renting the Multi-Purpose room, we highly recommend them for your function.

The room is available on a daily basis (10:00am to 6am the following day) Monday through Sunday year long. A basic clean up of the facility as well as 6 tables and  30 folding chairs are also provided as part of the rental agreement.

The basic room rental rate is $60, you can go online and reserve your time to have your friends or business associates over to the clubhouse.  When reservation is made a Derby Village representative will call you and confirm details such as menu and other accommodations.
